Maria Valentin

Maria Valentin is admitted to the Barcelona Bar and registered as an European lawyer at the Paris Bar. She holds a double degree in French and Spanish law with a specialization in international law.

While completing her studies, she gained experience in transnational business litigation working as an intern in different law firms based in Paris and Barcelona.

Driven by her interest in litigation and private international law, she joined LIBRA AVOCATS as an intern in July 2017 and became an associate in 2019.

Frances Auchincloss Goldsmith

Frances Goldsmith started her career working in the firm of a former Criminal Investigative Judge in 2004 while completing her law degree at the University Paris Dauphine. She then trained at internationally renowned Anglo-Saxon law firms in their Merger and Acquisitions departments.   

Her preference for technical cross-border legal issues led her to join the litigation team of UGGC Avocats where she regularly practiced large-scale cross-border litigations and developed an expertise in international family law.

Delphine Eskenazi

Delphine Eskenazi has over ten years of experience in renowned international and French law firms (Bird & Bird, UGGC Avocats). 

She has developed a specific expertise in complex international litigation. She also acts as an expert on French legal questions before foreign courts and in particular in Anglo-Saxon countries. 

This expertise was initially developed through corporate law litigation. 

She then applied this knowledge to her work in international family law, in order to advise private clients on their complex family issues.

Bernard Grelon

Professor of law for now over 40 years, Bernard Grelon has taught many different subjects in corporate law (Bankruptcy law, corporate governance, international corporate law, regulatory law) at the University of Amiens and the University Paris Dauphine and the Ecole des Ponts. 

He participated in the creation of the new draft mining code initiated by the French government in 2012.
